Client Strategist
McBru is looking for an experienced agency professional to lead integrated marketing programs for its growing roster of accounts. With budget oversight, strategic planning, program management, team leadership, and client relationship management on your daily to-do list, this role is equal parts strategy and execution – a great fit for someone who’s a thinker and a doer.
You’ll lead a small team of B2B marcom experts to service a portion of our technology account portfolio. The account mix will test your talents as a program manager across a range of communications disciplines, including influencer relations (primarily targeting industry media and analysts), advertising, social media, content marketing and interactive development. Experience guiding strategic planning and research, and/or lead generation and nurturing programs would be an advantage in this role.
Qualifications include:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology communications
  • Proven client and team leadership
  • Account management experience, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience in personnel coaching/mentoring
  • Excellent writing skills

Agency experience is required.

Communications Counsel
McBru is looking for experienced communications professionals to serve our growing roster of technology clients. The ideal candidate has 4 – 7 years of experience combining public relations and advertising expertise with strong project management skills. This multi-faceted role is highly detail oriented and results driven, called upon to succeed independently and within a team. Self-motivated, disciplined and passionate tech marketers thrive at McBru.

The work will include day-to-day execution of integrated communications campaigns spanning trade and business media outlets and social media, as well as project management and client interface for creative projects led by our full-service creative department.

Requirements:

  • At least four years of experience in marketing communications. Agency experience and technology marketing experience both strongly preferred
  • Excellent writing skills, from pitches to press releases
  • Demonstrable success managing marketing projects and programs
  • Focus on deadlines and details with ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree
