It’s liberating to know who you are and be proud of it. For some, geek may be the “new cool.” But for us it’s always been cool to be a geek.

For the better part of two decades now, we’ve reveled in the marvelous arcana of deep tech. We love being part of an industry at the epicenter of the world’s economy. Working with companies behind the incredible innovations of our time makes it exciting to come to work everyday. It’s even better to be doing it in this creative hotbed, Portland. We like to think that, in our own way, we add some spice to the local sauce.

At McBru, working hard is playing hard. We go all out for our clients. Go the extra mile for each other. Go into our community to help out. We basically have one speed—go.

What sustains us? Great work, successful clients and enormous respect for each other. We practice and practice (and usually achieve) accountability. It’s in our blood, the knowledge that everyone here is responsible for our success, and that each of us has the other’s back.
