Jody Breiland, Director of Operations
Kerry’s consigliere as well as our partners’ and vendors’ scourge and best friend. McBru’s first employee, Jody has managed the business nearly from the beginning. Her conservative instincts continue to keep McBru a strong, vital agency. Lissa Forsterer, Business Development Director
A thinker, a doer, a force of nature. Lissa brings more energy, enthusiasm and passion into the room than the entire American Idol cast from any given season. Her abiding love of tech BtoB is matched by her genuine interest in connecting with the people she works with. A masterful diagnostician, Lissa listens closely to clients and prospects, assesses their needs and delivers a prescription for marketing success. Away from work, Lissa loves hanging with her wonderful daughters and being the number one fan of her husband’s rock and roll band.

David Smith, Creative Director
Study in contrasts, Renaissance man, a doer who will not be denied. Both a technologist and a writer by training, his sense for how to engage while informing has consistently put David in marketing leadership roles.
